Aaron Ramsey wears Juventus shirt for the first time

Former Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder Aaron Ramsey set a move to Serie A champion Juventus after Arsenal released him on a free transfer.

He posted a picture of himself in the Juventus shirt for the first time in his career.

He wrote 'Ufficiale' in Italian. He has been learning to speak Italian months before his contract at Arsenal ends at 30 June.

Several months ago Arsenal informed the Welsh midfielder that he could leave the Gunners for free when his contract expired, since the Emirates are struggling with his wage bill in North London.

Juventus took advantage of the situation and signed him for free.

Arsenal signed Ramsey from Cardiff City in 2008 for €6.4m, then had loan spells with Nottingham Forest and Cardiff again before returning to Arsenal's main squad in 2011.
