Arsenal made third bid for Kieran Tierney

Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney, is on Arsenal's radar. The Scottish defender shone for Celtic, registered 1 goal and 6 assists in 35 matches for the Scottish club. He has an incredible 80.4% passing success rate, which makes him a quality passer.

Celtic value Tierney at £25m and Arsenal has made two rejected bid, an opening offer of £15m and next £17.5m(including £7.5m add-ons), got rejected. The second bid from Arsenal laughed off fans and the Bhoys itself due to the bonus of £7.5m or more if they win the Premier League.

The third bid, which is the current one, stands at £25m(inclusive of £5m add-ons), and meet Celtic's requirement.

It is unknown whether the Scottish side will accept the bid, or put an increase to his value.
