Atletico Madrid are preparing a fresh bid for Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata, who was loaned to them at early 2019 for £6.2m. Now the La Liga club wants to buy him on a permanent deal.
There will be no further negotiations between the two clubs as Atletico is prepared to offer £50m, which matches Chelsea's asking price for the Spaniard.
Morata recently mentioned that he has no interest in going back to Chelsea and requested Atletico to sign him permanently. He claimed that he is happy to stay at the Wanda Metropolitano.

"I didn't hesitate at all when coming here," Morata said. " The truth is that personally, I'm very happy here. It wasn't easy at first because of the circumstances that arose, but I knew I had to work hard."
Since his loan with Atletico, he scored 6 goals and assisted one goal in 17 matches.
Chelsea fired a warning to Los Rojiblancos either to sign him permanently or to lose the 26-year old forever, which is likely to be Chelsea trying to cash in in case their transfer ban is gone.
