Barca's plan to bring Neymar back to Camp Nou

Neymar revealed that he was not happy in PSG, despite scoring 15 goals in 17 Ligue 1 matches last season. He moaned that he wants a return to Spain, either Barcelona or Real Madrid, however, Barca is one step further.

Neymar isn't happy in Paris and wants an exit

Josep Maria Bartomeu and the club will welcome the Brazilian warmly. However, first of all, the club had to agree personally with the player. Neymar agreed to:

1. Receive a pay cut for almost 50% of the salary earned in PSG. He currently earns €3m a month, or €36 a year. Barca offered him a salary of €24m per annum.

2. Withdraw all legal claims regarding commissions,etc. The Brazilian's representatives felt owed by the Catalan and in order to be able to join Messi and Suarez, Neymar decided to throw the claim away.

Barca offered Neymar a five-year contract, however, he is still in contract with PSG until June 2022. All the things regarding his transfer and negotiations with talks will be done by mediators, since both clubs are in bitter relationship due to several causes, one of them being Frenkie de Jong transfer won by Barca when PSG also hunting his sign.

Barcelona will try to offer PSG €100m plus Coutinho/Rakitic/Dembele in order to quicken his transfer.
