Barcelona joins City and Bayern in Cancelo chase

So far, Manchester City and Bayern Munich are in tight opportunity to sign Joao Cancelo.

Juventus are happy to sell Cancelo, and demanded €55m for the Portugal right-back, despite just signing him last year from Inter Milan for €40.4m.

Barcelona has joined the race for him, after Ernesto Valverde has asked the Catalan club to sign the 25-year old. Valverde is currently seeking an alternative to an inconsistent Nelson Semedo since his arrival in July 2017 from Benfica.

Manchester City has tried to give the Serie A champion Danilo and some cash, however, Juventus isn't interested in Danilo and wants full cash. The former Real Madrid player was offered to Inter Milan, however, the Milanese club lost interest in the Brazilian.

Danilo's future in City is very uncertain as he faces competition with Zinchenko, Angelino, and perhaps, Cancelo for the right-back position

Bayern Munich are reportedly a step ahead of the Premier League champion after realizing that City won't be able to make a deal for Cancelo since Danilo's future in the Etihad seems uncertain.
