Chelsea will sign Mateo Kovacic on permanent deal

Mateo Kovacic will make his fourth club move in his footballing career after he will be signed permanently by the Blues and play next season under Frank Lampard. €50m will be paid by the Blues to Los Blancos to secure Kovacic's services next season.
Although Chelsea faced a transfer ban, Mateo Kovacic was loaned last year and also registered to the club, which means that Chelsea can freely decide whether to sign the former Dinamo Zagreb midfieder or not.

He made a total of 49 appearances for the Europa League winners, and gave 2 assists throughout the season.
Kovacic, born in 1994, and started in Austrian club LASK Linz. When he was 13, big clubs began scouting him. However, he decided to continue with Dinamo Zagreb in 2010, and then moved to Inter Milan three years later for €15m. Inter Milan decided to sold him to Real Madrid because the Italian giant is trying to comply with Financial Fair Play Regulation, for €29m.
Throughout his journey, he was played for 331 times and scored 20 goals.
