Tottenham, AC Milan, and Arsenal are all interested in landing Spain U-21 international Dani Ceballos.

The 22-year old is likely to join Tottenham over the two, mainly because Tottenham is able to provide Champions League football. With Tottenham, the chance of winning a title is more higher than that of Arsenal or AC Milan.
After Tottenham signed Tanguy Ndombele on a club-record fee of £64.5m, the London club must cash out another £45m for Ceballos. However, the Lilywhites could open a talk with the La Liga club for a possible loan with a buy option in the deal.
Another way for Spurs to not spend a penny for Ceballos is that they lose Christian Eriksen. Tottenham owner Daniel Levy has contacted Real Madrid to sign Eriksen for only £75m, however, Los Blancos offered £45m plus the Spaniard for the Dane.
However, this week Dani Ceballos mentioned that he prioritize game time, wherever it is. He wants to go to a place where he is valued.
"The most important thing in life is to be happy and that can only happen by playing 40 games a year," he said. "My personal goal for next season is to play 40 games and to be comfortable at all times."
He was a key player that helped the Spain U-21 national team that secured the European Championship.
