Romelu Lukaku currently is in pre-season duty at Australia, and at the meantime, United board and Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio met to discuss Lukaku's transfer.

He was told that in order to fetch the Belgian, the Nerazzurri will need to splash out the same fee when he was signed from Everton: €85m.
Ausilio is ready to offer the Red Devils a fee totaling €70m for the two-year loan for the 26-year-old. The initial loan fee will be €10m, followed by €30m in each 2020 and 2021.
When the Premier League side wanted to sign Ivan Perisic from the Serie A club in 2017, Inter turned down the offer of €45m which is just short of €5m of their valuation for the Croatian. Remembering those, this time it may be a 'revenge' for the Manchester club.
Inter has signed 6 players so far.
Romelu Lukaku is not happy with his game time since told by Ole Gunnar Solksjaer that Marcus Rashford will be the Norwegian's main forward.
