Manchester City to complete fourth signing

Manchester City will complete their fourth signing of the summer, who is Ecuadorian wonderkid Jose Cifuentes.

He plays in his native Ecuador-based club America de Quito. Though starting 9 games in the 2018-19 season goalless, his performance in the Ecuadorian side earned him the opportunity to play for the Premier League champion.

The 20-year-old also attended university and has just received a mathematical degree.

Cifuentes made an outstanding performance during the U-20 World Cup where his native Ecuador is able to get into the semi-final of the tournament and helped by scoring 2 goals in 19 games. He also won the Goal of the Tournament award.

The 20-year-old defensive midfielder is ready for a move to Manchester, where he would be loaned to an unnamed Croatian club.
