Martin Ødegaard will join Real Sociedad on loan from Real Madrid

Norwegian youngster Martin Ødegaard has signed for La Liga rival Real Sociedad on a one-year loan, meaning that he will return to Los Blancos at the end of the 2019-20 season.

His move to Real Sociedad will be his third loan transfer, previously at Dutch side Vitesse and Heerenveen.

The Norwegian performed well while on loan at Vitesse in the 2018-19 season. He scored 11 goals and created 12 assists.

The 20-year old is regarded as one of the hottest talents in the footballing world and can soon prove himself as a world-class player.
