Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti threatened the club that he would quit his job should Manchester United sign the Senegal center-back for a record-breaking fee, £135m.

Ancelotti is currently in Canada for vacation and is monitoring the transfer market, watching Koulibaly.
Napoli consider his threat as 'a joke' since it is something that Manchester United won't do provided that his transfermarkt value is £67.5m. He is tied to a contract with the Serie A club until June 2023.
The Blues(Napoli) believe that Koulibaly won't leave his current club since £135m is a price that the Red Devils would find hard to pay.

Manchester City, Juventus, and PSG are also watching him and this could cause Manchester United a headache. Manchester City recently offered £85m to the Italian club and it seems likely that he will be convinced to work with Pep Guardiola.
The Red Devils is a hot topic in transfers after a disappointing season, missing the Champions League. They were recently fended off by Real Madrid after a £430m price set by Zinedine Zidane's side, and Harry Maguire snubbed Solksjaer's side for City.
