Premier League clubs expressed interest in Mario Lemina

Manchester United, Arsenal, and Leicester City are interested in Gabon international Mario Lemina.

The Gabonese struggled for game time due to injuries and only featured in 23 matches last season, scoring and assisting once.

Mario Lemina only featured 23 times for Southampton

The defensive midfielder and teammate Charlie Austin were left out of the club's pre-season training in Austria. Manager Ralph Hassenhuthl understands that the player wants to leave and the Saints demanded that anyone interested in Lemina should pay their asking price. The asking price hasn't been revealed, however, it is expected to be higher than £18m, the fee that Southampton paid to Juventus in August 2017.

Manchester United and Arsenal are desperate to find a replacement for Ander Herrera and Aaron Ramsey.
